All About Titanium In Jewelry

With more and more skin treatment product developers claiming that that through modern chemistry they have finally breached the barriers that have hindered them in the past from producing products that actually work, it is getting harder to decide what the real facts are. The truth of the matter is that it has been more than modern chemistry that has been instrumental in the development of many of these new products.

Research into the actual biological dynamics of sun damaged and aging skin has lead to a greater understanding of what is actually transpiring in the skins lower substrate to create the defects that appear on the surface in the form of wrinkles, dark age spots and dark under eye areas. For years skin care and treatment products focused on the surface of the skin where the wrinkles and age spots were occurring.

The fact of the matter, is that wrinkles and dark age spots are actually symptoms caused by things that are happening below the surface of the skin. For years people tried their best to treat fine wrinkles around the eyes known as "crows feet" with skin moisturizers with very limited success.

Skin on older people is almost always a little dry as a result of the decrease of oil glands in the skin as people age, so a slight positive effect was often derived from treating the skin around the eye with a skin moisturizer. However; that was as far as it went and it was not untill it was discovered that fine crows feet were actualy caused by a diminishing of a layer of connective tissues that is located between the dermis and the epidermis that treatments were developed that had a profound effect on crows feet.

These new products contain active ingredients that function on a cellular level in the skins substrate and have the effect of stimulating the dermal epidermal junction to retain fluid and produce collagen. This in turns leads to a thickening of the dermal epidermal junction which in turn results in shallower and shorter crows feet wrinkles.
